YG-1 T7343 HSS DIN 352 metric hand taps are left-hand serial taps for ISO metric coarse internal threads. Each set contains First, Second and Bottoming taps for progressive manual thread cutting. Only the Bottoming tap produces the final internal thread dimensions specified for the set. Bright finish and straight flutes suit blind or through holes up to 2.0×D deep. Available M3 × 0.5 to M24 × 3.0 sizes provide three or four flutes. Matching tapping drill diameters range from 2.5 mm for M3 to 21 mm for M24. The DIN 352 format supports controlled progressive engagement when creating left-hand threaded holes.
