YG-1 GAA34 is an HSS-PM multi-flute long-length coarse roughing end mill with X-COATING. It supports high-feed roughing milling of carbon steels, alloyed steels and stainless steels. Tank-Power coating technology is specified as suitable for high-speed cutting applications. Coarse roughing geometry enables high chip removal while helping minimise cutting-edge breakages. The series covers 6–25 mm diameters, three to five flutes, and 24–90 mm cutting lengths. Centre-cutting geometry applies through 20 mm diameter, while 22 and 25 mm tools are non-centre-cutting. Long overall lengths from 68 to 166 mm support roughing where added reach is required. Shank diameters vary from 6 to 25 mm to suit the listed tool sizes.
