The YG-1 V7 Plus GMG15 is a solid carbide six-flute extra-long end mill with a flat shank. Its Y-Coated construction and variable-pitch geometry support chatter-free high-speed and trochoidal milling. It is intended for steels, cast iron and stainless steels, including low and medium-hardness materials below 40 HRC. The 45° helix supports productive machining while the extra-long design provides extended reach. GMG15 tools suit facing, side milling, profiling and trochoidal milling where stable engagement is required. The family covers 6 to 25 mm cutting diameters, with 24 to 100 mm lengths of cut. Flat-shank variants are supplied in overall lengths from 75 to 170 mm.
