About 4 Flute (Corner Radius) High Speed Carbide End Mills
Four-flute corner radius high-speed carbide end mills for milling steels, stainless steel, cast iron and hardened steels, with options suited to profiling, finishing, slotting and high-feed roughing. The rounded corner helps distinguish these cutters from square-end milling tools.
Choose from stub and long-length designs where rigidity or reach is needed, plus relieved or long-neck versions for access around the shank. Available geometries include 30° helix cutters for general milling, finishing and profiling, multiple-helix designs intended to reduce vibration, and 0° helix high-feed options for pre-hardened and hardened steels. Supported hardness capability varies by range, with selected X5070 and HIGH FEED tools specified for hardened steels up to HRc70.
