Alu-Cut Endmills are plain-shank end mills for machining non-ferrous metals, including aluminium and aluminium alloys. They suit die sinking, facing and side milling where listed, with selected designs intended to reduce vibration and support improved workpiece surface finish.
The range includes 2-flute and 3-flute long or extra-long end mills, plus a long-neck option for added reach. Choose a 3-flute corner-radius design where its edge geometry is required, or select the roughing styles for high-speed rough cutting. A regular-length 3-flute high-feed roughing option is also available. Check the individual product for cutting length, flute count and geometry before selecting a tool.
