YG-1 C1136 HSSCo8 (M42) three-flute countersink is a 60° hand-use tool with self-centring geometry. It deburrs, chamfers and countersinks holes while supporting longitudinal chamfers and contoured edges. Its three flutes provide a self-centring cutting action designed to work without vibrations. The uncoated C1136 family covers 6.3 to 25 mm cutter diameters. Capacities range from 1.6 to 25 mm, with shank diameters from 5 to 10 mm. Recommended materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium and copper alloys. The 60° point angle supports controlled deburring and chamfering during manual work. Select a diameter suited to the required chamfer size and hole capacity.
