YG-1 EI451 D-Power is a diamond-coated carbide two-flute ball nose end mill with a long-length neck. Designed for graphite machining, its ball nose geometry supports smooth, excellent surface finishes on suitable work materials. The diamond coating provides high hardness and excellent wear resistance for abrasive machining applications. Use it for graphite, wrought aluminium, bakelite, plastics, wood, brass and other non-ferrous or non-metallic materials. Plain-shank variants cover R1.0 to R6.0 ball radii, with ball-radius tolerance of ±0.01 mm. Selected diameters range from 2 to 12 mm, supporting small-part profiling and side-milling operations. The range includes 80 to 130 mm overall lengths.
