YG-1 D-Power EI996 is a diamond-coated carbide two-flute miniature corner-radius end mill with neck. Designed for graphite machining, it also suits wrought aluminium, bakelite, plastics, wood, brass, and non-ferrous materials. The diamond coating has high film hardness and excellent wear resistance, supporting extended tool life. Its ultra-fine film is intended to produce smooth, excellent surfaces on compatible work materials. The miniature neck profile supports detailed milling work requiring a compact corner-radius cutting geometry. Available sizes cover 0.2 to 6 mm diameters and R0.05 to R0.3 corner radii.
