YG-1 EI880 D-Power is a diamond-coated carbide two-flute ball nose end mill with a short neck. It is designed for graphite machining and also suits non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials. The diamond coating offers high hardness and wear resistance, while its ultra-fine film supports smooth surfaces.
Ball radii extend from R1.0 to R6.0, with diameters from 2 to 12 mm. The necked construction is paired with short cutting lengths for compact machining geometry. Ten plain-shank EI880 variants provide a R1.0 to R6.0 ball radius selection. Shank diameters range from 6 to 12 mm, with overall lengths from 60 to 90 mm. Each version is specified with a ball radius tolerance of plus or minus 0.01 mm.
