The large drill diameter also supports continuous chamfering after centring without changing the machining process. Its 120° point geometry supports controlled centring before drilling operations. This standard-length series is supplied in diameters from 3.0 to 20.0 mm. Available flute lengths range from 12 to 40 mm, matched to the selected diameter. YG-1 recommends the range for ISO P, M and K material groups. It is also rated good for selected ISO N non-ferrous material groups.
