YG-1 D5320 is a bright solid-carbide NC-spotting drill with a 142° point angle. It provides precise centring on NC/CNC machines and supports continuous chamfering after centring. The D5320 range covers 3.0 to 20.0 mm diameters with plain shanks. Recommended material groups include steels, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, copper alloys, titanium and hardened steel.
The solid carbide construction and bright surface treatment suit accurate hole preparation operations. Use it for centring and chamfering holes where stable, accurately positioned starts are required. The broad tool diameter also permits chamfering work to continue immediately after centring. Available sizes include 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20 mm diameters.
