Product Description

The YG-1 DH510 MQL Type Carbide Dream Drills are designed for long length 10xD high performance drilling of Steel (also suitable for Stainless Steel and Cast Iron). These through coolant drills are self centering and can drill to a h7 tolerance which eliminates any reaming operations. Diameters range from 3-14mm and they are supplied with whole number shanks.

  • Micrograin Carbide Substrate
  • MQL Type 10xD Long Length Drill
  • For Deep Hole Drilling on Steel
  • Long Tool Life, High Penetration Rates and Good Chip Removal
  • Self Centering with 140 degree Drill Point
  • Through Coolant
  • Eliminates Reaming Operations
  • Always use with a 5 Micron (or less) Run-Out Tool Holder
  • Also Suitable for use on Stainless Steel & Cast Iron
