Product Description

YG-1 G9G50 K-2 is a TiAlN-coated solid carbide four-flute short-length chamfer end mill. Designed for general-purpose milling, it supports conventional or high-speed machining with wet or dry cutting. Four cutting flutes are specified to support better workpiece finishes in milling operations. The 30° helix and square cutting edge provide the listed G9G50 cutting geometry. TiAlN coating suits dry milling applications at high temperatures. Plain-shank variants cover 3 to 20 mm diameters, with 0.10 to 0.23 mm chamfers. Available lengths of cut span 12 to 32 mm, while overall lengths range from 32 to 100 mm. Choose this K-2 end mill where compact short-length geometry and a chamfered edge are required.
