YG-1 GAA31 TANK-POWER is a TiAlN-coated HSS-PM four-flute long-length end mill for steel machining. It is designed for carbon steels, alloyed steels and stainless steels in high-speed milling applications. The four-flute design is recommended for pocketing, cam milling, die sinking and slotting. TANK-POWER coating is designed for high-speed cutting of difficult-to-cut materials. This series combines a long-length profile with four cutting flutes for general milling tasks. Available cutting diameters extend from 2 mm to 25 mm for long-reach steel milling requirements. Suitable work includes steel component machining requiring a coated HSS-PM end mill.
