YG-1 GAA35 is a long-length HSS-PM multi-flute fine roughing end mill with X-Coating. Its TANK-POWER coating is suitable for high-speed cutting during high-feed roughing milling. Designed for carbon steels, alloyed steels and stainless steels in high-feed roughing applications. Fine roughing geometry can provide excellent finished surfaces in many machining situations. The series covers 6 to 25 mm diameters with three, four or five flutes. Tools to 20 mm are centre cutting, while 22 and 25 mm versions are non-centre cutting. Lengths of cut span 24 to 90 mm, supporting extended reach roughing work. Chamfers range from 0.18 to 0.36 mm through the specified diameter selection.
