YG-1 TZ923 HSS-PM metric gun-point machine taps feature TiAlN coating for through-hole threading. The Ti Ni tap range is specified for heat-resistant superalloys and titanium alloys. Spiral-point geometry suits through holes and moves chips forward during metric thread cutting. These machine taps produce ISO metric coarse threads from M2 × 0.4 to M24 × 3.0. The range uses 6H thread class, B thread form and a 60° thread angle. DIN 371 dimensions apply through M10, while larger sizes follow DIN 376 dimensions. Listed tapping-drill diameters span 1.6 mm for M2 to 21 mm for M24. Select the required metric coarse thread size for compatible through-hole production work.
