About High Speed Carbide Rippers / Roughers
High Speed Carbide Rippers / Roughers contains X5070 Blue carbide end mills for machining steels, heat-resistant steels and hardened steels, including high-speed roughing and 3D machining work. The range includes high-feed, ball-nose and corner-radius cutters with short or relieved-neck designs.
Select a 4-flute 0° helix high-feed mill for high metal removal in prehardened and hardened steels, or choose ball-nose tools for precision 3D machining. Corner-radius options are available in 4- and 6-flute geometries, with 30° or 45° helix designs. Diameter ranges vary by cutter style, from 0.1 mm ball-nose tools through to 20 mm corner-radius end mills.
