The E5E48 series carbide Alu-Power cutters from YG-1 range from 1-20mm in diameter. These 2 flute cutters have lapped flutes for exceptional surface finish and are ideal on Aluminium and Non-Ferrous materials.
- Suitable for high speed machining in aluminium and other non-ferrous machining.
- Special geometries & lapped flutes ensures the best chip control and surface finish on aluminium.
- Deep flute pockets prevent swarf clogging up the tool.
- Wide cut geometry, ideal for plastics such as ABS, acrylic and non-ferrous metals.
- Cylindrical relief reduces chipping of corner edges.
- Micrograin Carbide Substrate.
- Sharp cutting edges with mirror finish machining.
