The V7 Plus TRP chip splitter range from YG-1 feature a unique geometry with chip dividers. These are designed to produce short chips which allow for ultra deep cuts up to 4xD. The GMH59 long length corner radius series comes with a weldon (flat) shank and a revolutionary 45° 6 flute design for phenomenal performance and outstanding surface finish. These milling cutters are also ideal for trochoidal milling applications and offer exceptional results in silent machining of steel, stainless steel and heat resistant super alloys such as inconel & cast iron. For the best results, use in a hydraulic chuck or high-performance tool holder with excellent clamping torque.
