About 3 Flute Square End Alu End Mills
3 flute square end Alu end mills are carbide milling cutters for machining aluminium, aluminium alloys and other non-ferrous materials. They suit practical CNC milling work where chip control and surface finish are important, including regular production and high-speed machining applications.
The range includes regular and long-length cutters, along with extended-neck options where reduced neck diameter helps prevent interference with the workpiece. Selected tools use lapped flutes for aluminium and soft or sticky materials, while diamond-coated options are available for hardwearing aluminium alloys or abrasive plastics. Choose the cutting length, neck clearance, diameter and coating to suit the machining requirement.
