YG-1 TC803 is a DIN 357 HSS-E metric nut tap with a long threaded section. It produces ISO metric coarse threads in nut-tapping machines, with finished workpieces removed through the shank side. The straight-flute design suits through holes up to 2.0 times diameter. Its bright surface and DIN 2197 long chamfer lead support the dedicated nut-tapping configuration. Available variants cover M5 × 0.8 to M10 × 1.5 metric coarse threads. Each listed model has three flutes, supporting the straight-flute nut-tap format. This series is recommended for selected ISO P, M and K material groups. Metric coarse thread sizes simplify selection for standard ISO metric nut applications.
