YG-1 V7 Plus GMG16 is a long-length solid carbide corner radius end mill with six flutes and a 45° helix. It is designed for side cutting where a radiused corner profile is required. The long-length range covers 6 to 25 mm cutting diameters with R0.5 or R1.0 corner radii. YG-1 identifies GMG16 as a V7 Plus six-flute side-cutting series. The V7 Plus geometry is designed to reduce vibration and promote chip evacuation. Its rounded cutting edge supports filleted internal corners during side milling operations. Select the diameter and corner radius to suit required feature geometry and reach. A plain shank provides straightforward compatibility with suitable milling toolholders.
