YG-1 GMG17 V7 Plus is a solid carbide six-flute corner radius end mill with a flat shank. Its variable-pitch geometry supports chatter-free high-speed and trochoidal milling in suitable machining conditions. This long-length cutter is intended for stainless steels, mild steels, cast iron and materials below HRc40. The selected family spans 6 to 25 mm cutting diameters. Corner radii are R0.5 on 6–12 mm tools and R1.0 on 16–25 mm tools. Long cutting lengths range from 13 to 44 mm, with overall lengths of 57 to 104 mm. Use it for high-speed milling and trochoidal toolpaths where a corner radius is required.
