YG-1 TC807 HSS-E (M35) metric spiral flute combo tap is designed for multi-purpose blind-hole threading. Its short chamfer and R40 spiral flute geometry support tapping to a maximum 2.5×D depth. DIN 371 and DIN 376 construction covers M2 × 0.4 to M30 × 3.5 metric coarse threads. The range is recommended for steels, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, copper alloys and plastics. Selected M18 to M30 variants have four flutes, while smaller metric sizes have three. Bright finish is the specified surface treatment throughout the TC807 product family. Thread form E and 6H thread class are specified across this metric thread range.
