YG-1 TB312 HSS-E (M35) metric spiral flute machine taps feature steam oxide treatment for blind-hole steel threading. The R40 spiral flute supports chip evacuation during controlled thread production in blind holes. These metric coarse-thread taps have a C chamfer lead and 6H thread class. DIN 371 and DIN 376 dimensions support machine tapping across the listed thread sizes. The listed range includes M16 × 2.0, M20 × 2.5 and M24 × 3.0 variants. Each listed variant is specified for hole depths up to 2.5×D. For steel machining, this series provides a dedicated HSS-E spiral flute tapping format.
