YG-1 G9540 K-2 Carbide four-flute long-length end mills are TiAlN-coated solid carbide tools for dry milling at high temperatures. Designed for milling operations requiring extended reach, their four-flute geometry supports improved workpiece finishes. This plain-shank series covers 3.5 to 20 mm cutting diameters, with long-length proportions for reach-sensitive work.

K-2 Carbide construction and TiAlN coating provide a focused choice for high-performance precision milling applications. Documented tolerances include 0 to minus 0.03 mm cutting diameter and h5 shank tolerance. The four-flute format is specified to support better workpiece finishes during applicable milling operations. It suits general metalworking where a solid carbide long-length end mill is required.
