YG-1 G9A42 is an X-coated solid-carbide, long-length coarse roughing end mill with a flat shank. Designed for high-temperature dry milling, it combines coarse roughing geometry with fast chip ejection. The multi-flute design provides three, four or five flutes according to diameter. Its enforced cutting edge and listed chamfer provide a strengthened edge configuration. Available diameters span 6 to 25 mm, with matching flat-shank diameters. Long-length overall dimensions range from 57 to 121 mm throughout the series. It suits operations requiring dry milling and rapid chip evacuation at elevated temperatures. Solid carbide construction provides the tool material specified for the complete series.
