YG-1 G9634 K-2 Carbide is a four-flute short-length ball nose end mill with TiAlN coating. It is designed for milling radius-bottom slots, fillets and special contours in profiling applications. Four flutes support improved workpiece finishes for suitable milling operations. Solid carbide construction provides the specified cutting tool material for this K-2 series. Plain-shank variants cover 2 to 20 mm diameters and R1.0 to R10.0 ball radii. Lengths of cut range from 4 to 20 mm within the family. The series is described as an excellent high-performance end mill. Choose this short ball nose geometry where controlled contour and fillet milling is required.
