YG-1 TD804 is a TiN-coated metric spiral flute combo tap for multi-purpose blind-hole threading. It combines drilling and tapping operations to produce metric coarse threads in one workflow. HSS-E construction, DIN 371/376 geometry and a 40° spiral flute support controlled chip evacuation. Designed for blind holes up to 2.5×D, the range covers M2 to M30 sizes. Available pitches span 0.4 mm to 3.5 mm across the supplied variants.
