About 4G MILL
YG-1 4G MILL end mills are carbide milling cutters for machining carbon and alloy steels, pre-hardened steels up to HRc55, stainless steel and cast iron. They suit practical milling work where cutter geometry, reach and cutting profile need to match the feature being machined.
Choose square end mills for general end milling, ball nose cutters for curved profiles, or corner radius tools where a radiused edge is required. The range includes 2, 4 and 6 flute options, plus multiple-helix designs intended to reduce vibration. Long and long-neck rib styles provide additional reach and clearance where the shank could otherwise interfere.
Available options include short, regular and long lengths, along with a range of diameters. Check the individual tool specifications for the required diameter, flute count, cutting shape and reach.
